This month Brick Moon Fiction explores the theme of LIBERTY. This story from Eric Del Carlo takes place in the not-too-distant future on an island just outside of New York. A reporter sent by the "Secretary of Publicity" is here to do a story from an army base located at the feet of the Statue of Liberty. The purpose of the installation? To keep the "diseased" citizens of New York City contained. Of course, not is all as it seems...
